The family room had a balcony with great views, comfy beds, and privacy curtains over the bunks for the kids. The spa was fantastic with a sauna, hot tub, and indoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of hikes. The breakfast had a delicious spread of pastries and fresh juices.

We had a wonderful stay right by the Aguille de Midi. The kids loved playing in the arcade, and the cozy family room with bunk beds was a hit. Plus, the ability to grab hot chocolate and sweet treats was a delightful touch for us adults too!

In my wife’s opinion, the pool hours were too strict for families. it would be great if kids could enjoy it later in the day.

We had a fantastic stay with breathtaking views of the mountains from our room's balcony, which added to our overall experience. The broad range of amenities, including the modern spa facilities and delicious breakfast options, made our trip truly enjoyable. A special highlight was the warm atmosphere in the common areas, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. However, it would have been great if the breakfast price included all items, as we found it a bit confusing to navigate the menu.

The spa facilities were amazing after a day on the slopes, with a sauna and a relaxing pool. My only disappointment was the breakfast charges for omelettes, which weren’t included in our initial price. We loved being close to everything, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away.

my family had a fantastic time at heliopic hotel & spa! the location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center and with stunning views of the matterhorn from our attic room. the free electric shuttle service was a lifesaver for getting to and from the railway station. the staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was plentiful with lots of options.
